RETREAT AT THE BEACH

Join us for a five day, four night getaway.

We will do as much as we can to do as little as possible and RELAX.

SPRING RETREAT INCLUDES:

  • 4 nights’ accommodations in our luxurious and spacious, bright beautiful beach house

  • Retreat begins Monday morning and ends Friday afternoon

  • 3 delicious Ayurveda inspired plant based meals each day

  • One hour Ayurveda massage

  • Daily meditation and yoga class

  • Daily Ayurveda class and discussion

  • Personalized Ayurveda consultation with Maribeth to get you started or re-inspired back to wholeness

  • Time with Chef Theresa in the kitchen learning recipes and how to prepare Ayurveda inspired, Dosha balancing, plant based meals

  • Tarot card reading with Laurie

Joining us from out of town? Additional night pricing is available for late arrival Sunday evening so you are ready to go on Monday morning!

Are you local to the area and what to join us for the retreat but sleep in your own bed?

You can join us Monday, May 15th at 9:00 am to kick off the retreat with breakfast and our opening circle. Tuesday through Thursday from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm  and Friday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm to enjoy activities and meals included in the retreat.
