Yoga is an ancient modality steeped in traditional practices being applied in contemporary times that have stood the test of time for thousands of years.

IN THIS PROGRAM YOU WILL:

  • Learn how to apply the teachings of ancient yoga philosophy to your day to day life to help reduce stress, create more balance and develop deep heart centered connections with yourself and with others
  • Understand the benefits and variations of the postures that enhance muscular strength, balance, flexibility, stress reduction, anxiety and chronic pain management and promote overall health and wellbeing
  • Understand the purpose and how-to’s of using props to enhance your practice
  • Learn the physical and energetic benefits of breathing and meditation practices

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR:

Students of YOGA
Students of LIFE
Students who PRACTICE and want to learn the “who, what, when, where and why of yoga”
Students who are TEACHERS and want to dive deeper while earning CEU’s
Students that want to become YOGA TEACHERS and are interested in Inlet Yoga’s Signature Training Program

DEEPENING YOUR JOURNEY DATES:

Saturdays, 12:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Tuition is $90 per weekend.

IMMERSION 2 – Deepening Your Journey: Yoga Philosophy: November 6th & December 4th

2022 Dates:

IMMERSION 3 – Deepening Your Journey: The Postures: January 8th, February 5th, March 5th & April 2nd
IMMERSION 4 – Deepening Your Journey: Breathing: May 7th
IMMERSION 5 – Deepening Your Journey: Meditation, Mudra and Mantras: June 4th

Successful completion of the full program is a pre-requisite for Inlet Yoga’s Signature 100hour Teacher Training/Continuing Education Program
