IN THIS PROGRAM YOU WILL:
- Learn how to apply the teachings of ancient yoga philosophy to your day to day life to help reduce stress, create more balance and develop deep heart centered connections with yourself and with others
- Understand the benefits and variations of the postures that enhance muscular strength, balance, flexibility, stress reduction, anxiety and chronic pain management and promote overall health and wellbeing
- Understand the purpose and how-to’s of using props to enhance your practice
- Learn the physical and energetic benefits of breathing and meditation practices

Students of LIFE
Students who PRACTICE and want to learn the “who, what, when, where and why of yoga”
Students who are TEACHERS and want to dive deeper while earning CEU’s
Students that want to become YOGA TEACHERS and are interested in Inlet Yoga’s Signature Training Program
