General Information:
Upon completion of this 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, the applicant will be eligible for 500-hour certification by The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute and for RYT 500 registration with Yoga Alliance.

All applicants must have previously completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification with The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute or a pre-approved Yoga Alliance Registered School (RYS200). Documentation of this certification must accompany this application.

The director of the studio that is hosting the specific training program to which you have applied, will review your application and notify you of your acceptance. This application must be accompanied by a $500 deposit

This $500 deposit becomes nonrefundable three days after it is submitted. (See details in Payment Information & Enrollment Agreement). If you are not accepted into the program, your deposit will be returned in full.

Please keep answers brief-a few sentences are sufficient. Do not hesitate to say “no” to any question or contact us for further clarification. Be honest. Your acceptance into this program does not depend on gymnastic ability or whom you know or with whom you studied. It depends on your passion to serve, to live a yoga lifestyle, and to share this methodology with your community. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy & Enrollment Agreement:
Cancellation Policy

This agreement can be cancelled without penalty by directly notifying via email The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute ([email protected]) and the director of the studio where you applied, within 3 business days of the signing and submission of this application (with $500 deposit). If cancellation notification is received within 3 business days, full refund of any monies paid will be made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notification. If a third party makes the payment(s), the monies will be refunded to that third party.

Tuition Refund Policy

If a student chooses to withdraw from the program within 7 days following the first weekend of training, he or she will be eligible for a full refund of any monies paid, less the $500 deposit and less an additional $500, the cost of one weekend and materials. After that there are no refunds. For those on a payment plan, all payments will continue to be collected per the payment plan agreement.

I understand that if I fulfill all the requirements of The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program, including attendance, study group participation, homework, quizzes, essays, and final projects, I will receive a 300-hour certification, which can be submitted to the Yoga Alliance or a prospective employer as evidence that I have completed 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training. Paying for the program and completing the hours alone does not mean I will pass the program.

I understand that The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute and/or the host studio reserve(s) the right to ask me to leave the program if I am found plagiarizing, if my behavior is inappropriate, unethical or violates the Yoga Alliance ethical guidelines. Under such circumstances I understand I will not be refunded my tuition.

I understand thatThe Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute and/or the host studio reserve(s) the right at anytime to ask me to leave the training if it appears that my physical or mental health do not permit me to fully participate in the training. Under such circumstances I understand I will be given a prorated refund (plus materials), based on the amount of time I have attended in the training.

By submitting this application, I submit that I have read and understand the Cancellation Policy and the Tuition Refund Policy and agree to the terms of this Enrollment Agreement.

- Early bird registration - total tuition $4250. $500 deposit is required with application. Deposit is non refundable after the 3-day cancellation period. Balance of $3750 is due by early registration deadline.
- Pay in Full - total tuition $4500. $500 deposit is required with application. Deposit is non-refundable after the 3-day cancellation period. Balance of $4000 is due by start of program.
- Payment Plan - total tuition $4750. $500 deposit is required with application. Deposit is non-refundable after the 3-day cancellation period. Balance of $4250 will be charged to credit or debit card on file, in 10 payments of $425 on the 1st of each month.
