Foundations of Ashtanga 4 class series with Maribeth & Mimi
This series of four classes will help you establish a strong foundation for an Ashtanga yoga practice. In these classes, we will take an in-depth look at the basic postures of the Primary Series. You will learn breath, bandhas, and drishti; three keys elements of Ashtanga. We will also cover proper alignment and suggested modifications to help you feel confident attending an Ashtanga yoga class.
