Private & Group Yoga Instruction
Many people are interested in trying yoga, but aren’t ready to go to a group class. You might feel that you need more individual attention and a private yoga session is an excellent option.
What is a private yoga session like?
We set up a time that is convenient for you – all you need is some comfortable clothing and a mat (which we can provide for you!). We will address your individual goals and needs and you will begin gently working muscles according to your ability.
Your instructor will demonstrate and explain all of the moves and positions for you and will assist you as you begin to move your body into the postures. After a couple of sessions you will begin to develop greater self awareness and focus. Your mood and overall well-being will improve along with your ability to feel strong and capable in your body. We start slowly, but you will begin to feel better with every session.
Give us one hour a week and you’ll begin to reduce stress and feel better! Your quality of life can begin to improve as soon as you call the studio to schedule a session. Some people choose to work with a teacher once a week, some more often- it’s totally up to you.
Private sessions begin at $75 per hour for non-members, $65 per hour for members, discounts are given when five or more sessions are purchased.
Semi-private and small group sessions are also available.
